I understand that HomePlace advertises item colors and finishes to the best of their ability given the photos made available to them from their manufacturers. Variance in color and finish is a possibility as each piece is unique, especially in the ways finishes and stains take to hardwood. Custom made upholstery pieces may vary up to 3” in dimensions. HomePlace is not responsible for these variances in color, finish, and dimensions.
I understand that threshold shipping means delivery to the first secure and dry place on the property; carriers are not permitted to carry items inside the property.
White glove delivery will be delivered up a maximum of 2 flights of stairs to your room of choice including assembly and debris removal.
All HomePlace Furniture & Design online orders are final, non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been shipped from the manufacturer. Under extenuating circumstances, HomePlace may consider accepting a return if the customer reaches out within 48 hours of accepting a delivery.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure items will fit inside entry points upon delivery of the item. HomePlace Furniture & Design will not be held responsible if the piece does not fit in the buyer’s home. If this situation occurs, customers are subject to a 20% restocking fee for the returned item pending approval from HomePlace Furniture & Design, in addition to any return shipping costs. If a return is approved, furniture must be in its original packaging.
