We proudly deliver throughout the contiguous 48 United States, with most orders arriving within 30 days.
Delivery Inspection
Every furniture shipment is carefully inspected at delivery to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. If anything is damaged or missing, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can work quickly to make it right.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order items — including pieces from Biltwell, John Michael Designs, and Omnia — are built specifically for you. Once production begins, these items typically cannot be returned or canceled. Our team is happy to answer any questions about your selections before your order is placed.
Exceptions
As with everything, exceptions may apply. Delivery timelines and return eligibility may vary by product, brand, or custom order — our team is happy to answer questions about your specific item before you buy.
Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
- Returns are accepted on eligible, non-custom items only.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
