Local Delivery & Pickup Only Items
Select products due to their size, weight, or handling requirements, agreement with the manufacture... are not eligible for nationwide shipping.
These items are available exclusively for local delivery or in-store pickup within our service area, including Portland, Vancouver, Salem, Ridgefield, and Camas.
Customers outside this area may still purchase these items for in-store pickup at one of our locations.
Delivery Inspection
Every furniture shipment is carefully inspected at delivery to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. If anything is damaged or missing, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery so we can work quickly to make it right.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order items including pieces from Biltwell, John Michael Designs, and Omnia are built specifically for you.
Once production begins, these items typically cannot be returned or canceled.
Our team is happy to answer any questions about your selections before your order is placed.
Exceptions
As with everything, exceptions may apply.

Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
- Returns are accepted on eligible, non-custom items only.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
