When docked, the Stanton remote provides convenient control over every comfort feature, including power recline, adjustable headrest, lumbar support, and built-in USB charging ports for your devices.
Remote Functions:
- Raise Headrest – Lift the headrest for personalized neck and head support
- Lower Headrest – Adjust the headrest down for your preferred position
- Raise Lumbar – Increase lumbar support for enhanced lower-back comfort
- Lower Lumbar – Reduce lumbar support for a softer feel
- Raise Recline – Recline your seat to your ideal position
- Lower Recline / Home – Return your chair to the upright home position
- HOME Button – Quickly return your chair to the standard position

If your remote is misplaced, press and hold the location button for 10 seconds. The remote will emit a sound to help you quickly find it.

Delivery Inspection
Every furniture shipment is carefully inspected at delivery to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. If anything is damaged or missing, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can work quickly to make it right.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order items — including pieces from Biltwell, John Michael Designs, and Omnia — are built specifically for you. Once production begins, these items typically cannot be returned or canceled. Our team is happy to answer any questions about your selections before your order is placed.

Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
- Returns are accepted on eligible, non-custom items only.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
